Oats

I have a couple cc's extra from a project I started a few weeks ago. Im pondering a subject and couldnt get much info on oats as a sub Before I start I'd like some input. Should I grind the dry oats into flour, and mix with manure, or treat them as a grain (rye, wbs) I'm leaning towards just soaking them and readying them as whole grains. Just thinkin here...got some spare time while my popcorn is soaking

Or I would cut them with a knife and watch their faces turn real white. I love all that blood. I told one lady to give me all her money. She said no. So I cut her and pulled her eyes out." you dont need to supplement manure with a grain flour
oat flour can be mixed with verm ala PF style
or you can take a wack at getting the moisture content right whole.
i would imagine both ways would work fine.

What I want to know is: Is it best to use oats with or without there hulls???
Hulled oats are for eating while oats with their hull left intact are for planting/growing.

Im gonna start the soak today, let me soak for a few hours and check em. Do you think the starch in them will be a problem?

FOAF uses whole grain oats, and whole grain organic flour, Mix the moisture content to feel. Kinda hard to explain, never has he measured the recipe. he has one of those dont follow the tek nub problems, luckily he got it.

WOW?! You sure do know a lot about your "friend's friend's" growing parameters! Astonishing; to say the least

It was more of a sarcastic punchline about the use of the term, glad your IQ is above 2.

Im gonna start the soak around 5, when I take my popcorn out of its soak. I'll check the oats around 8 or so, to see what they're looking like.

I heard a mention of oats, it'll be interesting to see how it comes out. Alot of cultivators seem to be experimenting & pushing the envelope lately. I think its pretty cool. Blaze on.

I'm more or less doing it as a time killer. Although I am very interested in the individual nutes the mycilium needs. Maybe somewhere along the line, a mushroom superfood will be mixed up and revolutionize home growing. until them its just good old fun
