Did 145 staring press, 285 squat, and 155 cleans 5x3 and 3x6 of chins.

Nice, I definitely can't get that on the bench. I may be able to get the military press though. I usually do 5-6x4 with 60 pound dumbbells.

but you can do 3 reps. you should try 3x3 with 225... then 5x3 another time. and eventually 5x5 ...

The past week or two I've really struggled with motivation.  Also I'm waiting on work to start so that has added to me feeling useless.  However, today went surprisingly well and I feel I may be turning a corner.  My food intake is back to normal (I had 6 full meals and I'm still hungry).  I dont have a lot of money right now but I do have my gym membership for another month and I'm sure work will start before then.  I trully hope the lazy depressed part of this is behind me.  In retrospect I've definitely learned a lot about AAS.  I see both sides now, the up and down.  I did experience a few sides like acne on the backs of my arms and shoulders.  I'm not sure how I will feel in the "long run" but I have nothing but time to figure that out.  I'm looking forward to natural progression again.

Anabolic, androgenic steroids.

Blind: what'd you take for a PCT, and how long? It's crazy, but it's kinda like post partum depression you've gone through (minus the feeling of drawing babies I hope) cuz you had a huge amount of hormones then cut down to basically just estrogen which is a depressing hormone. You ever notice really fat men that have nice soft womanly faces and hands and tig ole bitties, that's the estrogen. It may take a couple more weeks, but staying in the gym will really help. When you get to lifting, and your body starts with anabolism, you'll produce test. They actually say squats trigger release the most testosterone of any workout.

Get over this hump and hit the gym brotha, you'll feel better in no time!!!!

Anyways ima use the dark enery bronco has suggested. and i bought.. and it works great so far.

ima use it tomorrow to do a 335 deadlift 5x5.. then a 35 lb pull up 5x5 (makes me at 220lbs)

I also used it as a study aid. got an A on my AnP lab exam.

If i get this. which i highly doubt. Infact i really do doubt cuz im drinking now... but if i were too. id pledge to dark energy. I do say it helps. But hey what doesnt help? well alcohol does not but eyy

Dude, indica is such a vag....pub discussion, ha! Good job on your lifts guys! I lifted with my buddy and his friend, and though his friend was moving some good weight, but I expained to him he needs to drop some weight in his lifts and focus on form. His squats were great form, but not near deep enough.

Got my 295 squat, 245 bench and 275 dl today, gonna go tomorrow and do 305 for squat. My buddy pointed out I was going too deep on some, which is fucking awesome sauce to me cuz I felt like I wasn't going deep enough.

I'm going into carpentry, and would like to focus on finishing. I'm working for a restoration company right now, so it's not a "real" trade position.

I am generally doing finish carpentry, drywall or painting...

None of what I do is very labour intensive, at most it consists of alot of bending and crouching.

However, I work absurd hours most of the time, and we're getting really busy. 50hour weeks minimum unless i back off..

Really, i need to just take some time for myself a couple days a week, but i'll probably keep pushing the hours and try and get some money in the bank for the next 6 months or so.

C'est la vie!

Im under the weather aswell - hopefully get back to doing a few solid workouts/week really soon, my entire life seems to get shittier as soon as i stop working out regularly.
