When you say you suck......
once I stop getting this shit'n'fuckin feeling I'm cardioing it up HARDCORE for at least a month. Gonna cook 5# of chicken tit and a box of instant rice today for this week's meals (gonna eat 2-3 servings a day) as well as some tuna and rice. Gotta get down at least 15#, don't like being fat.

Hey don't feel too bad guys, this is the powerlifting thread after all. It's nice to see my lifting weight to body weight ratio going up though. I can get three reps with 225 on the bench and I weigh 185.

Haha it sucks for me though, as my lofts go up so does my weight hahaha.

Fucking thin bastards lol. Looking damn good, definition and size wise!
A workout that helped me build good back mass was bent over rows (overhand, wider than shoulders) and corner rows with a close grip handle. That is of course, if you're interested.

Thanks mayne. & Yeah I do a lot bent over rows (reg & reverse grip), t-bar rows (This is my favorite back exercise), and one arm dumbell rows from the rack.

No idea about max deadlift, somewhere in the 400's if I tried, don't try max out anymore (pulled my lower back bad earlier this year w/ an accidental bad squat form and dont want to risk it again). We always do reps with 315, 3 sets of 10. But we do more traditional bodybuilding style workouts than powerlifting so the weight isn't that important to us.
And yes lots of pull ups. And all sorts of rows.

See I gotta get my strength way up and start building endurance at the larger weights. I totally forgot the single arm rows, those used to be awesome, and I could do like 80-90# dumbbells for reps, it felt awesome. Once I'm done with this SS, I'll probably go to more BB style lifts for 3 months, then go to 5/3/1, and alternate like that. How cool would that be to squat 700 for 3 lol I'd be psyched, probably fart real loud but oh fucking well eh?
