The foil will just end up sticking to your bags you can wrap them in small cotton fabric bags kind of like a tiny pillow case and the bags will not stick to the pressure cooker or the cotton, don't use polyester or other synthetic fabric.

What size PC are you using?  I had to completely give up on bags for my tiny 8 quart PC.  Most people using bags have pretty large PC's. Better luck next time.

Looks like you lined the inner container with foil?  That should be fine.
When bringing the PC up to temps do it slowly and only let the weight just float. no big hissing just a little trickle of a hiss is what you are listening for when running the PC at temps/pressure.

Are you using tyvek sleeves in the folds of the bags to vent and filter the heated/cooling air?  If not it may help out a bit.

Just to be sure, are you using filter spawn bags intended for the PC?
I do see some people lining the bags with a pillow case to help out.  I have never tried this though.
I love spawn bags.  So much faster and easier to work with and they colonize faster too.  I don't like the waist.  Jars work great too, no problem with jars.  I got tons of them too. :super:
