 so this weird thing has been happening to my balls

every now and then for the past few months when i sleep on my stomach, i get this...i dunno sensation like all the muscles around my groin are contracteing, i dont know if thats actually happening but i dont know how to describe it. it seems like it wakes me up but i cant really move, and then i dont think about it, and if i dont flip over i feel a little tingling in my head that shoots down my abdomen, then surges seemingly directly at my balls. i mean it doesnt hurt, but it doesnt exactly feel good either. its just sooo intense, i dont know if i should be worried or what. its almost like it feel so good that it hurts. what the hell. it happened at least 10 times earlier when i was laying down. but yeah i didnt feel like going around to my friends telling them about my balls so i thought id post it here. anyone know whats going on or knows what im talking about?

Something similar happens to me occasionally during sleep paralysis, and when I try to fall asleep consciously. Right as I'm on the edge of sleep I get this weird pulling feeling that I call an "astral blowjob", and I eventually start to get hard.
