spawn colinization

my dogs got these pint jars with rye seed colonizing and they're almost done except for the bottoms. my dog shook a few and mixed them up again but was wondering if that is a good way to go about that or if i should just leave em.

Farewell FRSE!  We had such good times together.

That's the way. Just don't go shaking them every day.

Thats it dog....no more walks for you....not like it matters since you bought that car....

Usualy one time during the clolnization cycle is sufficient, once it's about 1/3 colonized, in an earlier post, Myco Bag had also mentioned that its a great way to determine if you ahve any bacterial contaminants as well....but all in all it distributes the mycellium over a wider area and allows it to colonize more area, faster....
