Better too much humidity than too little. You cannot have too much humidity when fruiting cakes.

but seriously though, they dont look like there doin too bad, they r definately not gettin too much humidity, they could probly stand sum more even,i could tell exactly how ur set up wuz workin, but u should have condensation all over the walls and jazz, when theyre not gettin enough they get fuzz patches on the caps, (also u i didnt see a drip sheild, watch out that u dont get droplets on the cakes)

They look too dry. Increase moisture w Perlite, Geolite, or a Cool Mist humidifier.

also, for extremely fast growth, it pays to change the humidity level regularly. it
makes sense to me, that since in nature, mushrooms pop up within 2 days or less,
that the goal for an indoor grow is to make them grow as fast as possible,
therefore growing much much bigger by a significant amount. so if you havent
noticed any growth in a day, then your ideal conditions are not being met, and
though probs can arise with too much humidity, you will still have huge
mushrooms as opposed to ones taht were in a dry environment, which could take
a week to mature and end up being tiny. the advantages for having more humidity
(condensation everywhere) and have mycelium goin up the bottoms SLIGHTLY
(even though some energy must be wasted growing that velvet up the stems) is
waaay better than having it too dry.

Getting humidity where you want it is more of an ART than anything else.

After some experiance, you learn what works for you, in your circumstance & space.

After fooling with a lot of means to provide humidity & regulate it in a walk in size grow chamber, my foaf uses a hummer/fogger that also provides 50 CFM of fresh filtered air exchange when the hummer/fogger is running.

About 5 minutes every 3 to 4 hours does the job.

System works great.

You can also find humidistats that will regulate humidity. Cheap ones are not worth getting. Because, if they are inaccurate & run to much, everything gets soaked. Or, if not often enough, visa versa.

Great lookin babies you got there. I'll take your advice, but where would one get a hummer/fogger?
