WBS nub - corn?

Hey hey,
I recently broke down and bought a pressure cooker. I've got all of the supplies and a plan, except that my WBS has cracked corn in it.
Will the cracked corn be a problem? I've done quite a bit of research and there doesn't seem to be an official answer. I couldn't find any other type of WBS in the city but I wouldn't mind driving out a ways to pick up a bag without corn if it's going to hinder my efforts.
Many thanks,
Bulk preparation pictures will be available as soon as I figure this out.

It depends on how much cracked corn there is in it. Some people get away with WBS with it, others don't. The main issue is it can turn into a starchy sludge that stays moist and provides ideal areas for bacteria in your jars. I'm surprised you can't find more than one brand. Even most grocery stores carry multiple brands around here (wal-mart, wegmans, tops, along with the smaller independent grocers).

cracked corn can cause your wbs to get real starchy and slimey. but if you hydrate them correctly you should be fine. make sure you follow RR tec for Rye seed. if you do that it will come out fine

There's quite a bit. I am going to just return it and keep searching.. I don't like the sound of attracting bacteria.
Different brands were in the store, but they all had cracked corn and this was the biggest bag.

Ah, thanks!
Considering I'm new to the WBS/monotub methods, I'm going to pass on any steps that will make this more difficult.
Thanks, to both of you, for your help! I'm going to take the safe road with this one.

I am doing 5 jars using Doc's tek and 5 jars using 6T's tek. I've seen about an equal amount of success for both and will decide which I like best from there.
Doc's doesn't mention corn, so this is why I posed the question. Researching fed me mix results, but I have made up my mind now.

Found some without corn.. it's all washed and an hour into its soak!

The bastards from the place I bought the first bag (with corn) won't let me return it. I need to learn to hold onto receipts. I guess I can save it for when I'm a bit more experienced.
