I rode my bike to work almost everyday this summer, almost 5 miles each way.  Things I loved about it were
-Saved a bunch of money
-Felt like I had accomplished something before I even got to work everyday
-Kept me in shape
-Helps the environment
-Helped me stay in touch with nature

It's THE BEST man!  Bike when you trip and then every time you bike will be like a new discovery of the universe. Biking for me is a spiritual exercise. As close to being like a bird as I can hope to get. It is smooth and fun. And is the most energy efficient mode of transport known to us!

You're probably not going to lose any weight from it, but it's fun, and it'll save you money.

Also, you'll develop a serine bubble of certainty regarding your true place in the universe, that serves to hold you rightfully above the barbarian hordes that clog our streets.

Wearing ankle and wrist weight for your bike ride would be just about the most faggy goddamned thing imaginable. You'd be better off sucking dick for gas money.

Because bike riding is extremely energy efficient. Also, adding two pink fancy man weights to your wrists isn't going to make much of a difference for either building muscle or burning fat. I'd wager that 30 seconds of jumping jacks would be more significant.

This should clear things up a bit.

That guy definitely doesn't wear ankle and wrist weights.

Seriously though, riding bikes is the shit.:awesome: I don't like to ride to work, because I don't want to be sweaty when I get there. Most days though, I ride home on my bike.

And if your bike does suck dick you can get your dick sucked every morning on the way to work, which makes the fun grow exponentially.
