Need Help Building an Incubator

So, here's the deal. I only have one room in my house that I can cultivate in. This is also the only room WITHOUT central heating. The temps around here are constantly between 65-77F, but that doesn't mean that the jars (which are sitting in a tupperware container) are the same temp. I like my colonization temps to be about 79-82F. I've tried using the incubator with the one tub sitting inside the other and elevated by glasses. I think this would be the pic:
But, this just isn't working for me. I'm currently using heating pads in these positions:
***The red areas indicate where the pads are wedged in between the sides of the tubs*** BTW, there is NO aquarium pump or water in my setup. I just forgot to edit them out of the photo. As you can imagine, it's hard to keep the temps where I need them and it also causes certain spots in the tub to be slightly warmer than others.
Anyone know how I could improve this design (especially when the temps get colder)? Can I buy an incubator online that would take care of all of this shit for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How about those incubators for seedling propogation? They usually come with a heat mat.
Is getting a space heater for that room out of the question?

What he said. Yes the colder the temperature the slower the colonization but contaminates, especially bacteria, are slowed down too. This is known as cold incubation, although the the term refers to temps more around 40 degrees. In my personal experience, the colonization times depend more on the vigor of culture not difference in temperature between 72 vs 80.

A space heater is out of the question, as I am trying to keep everything as stealth as possible. And 66-77F may grow mycelium, but it slows the hell out of colonization time. I don't have a month for jars to be 100%. Any other ideas fellows?

*I have found little to no difference in colonization speeds between 75 and 81F. Growth falls off rapidly at 83F and above, not 87F. That chart above is bogus, period. I have tried dozens of times to duplicate it and it can't be done. It was apparently made by someone who did ONE grow with sloppy note taking, and sent the results to Paul. Growth is much slower in cold temperatures until you hit 69F, where it speeds up quite a bit until about 75F, where it remains 'flat' until 81, then is flat again until 83, where it falls off fast beginning at 84. By 'flat' I mean there is no discernible increase or decrease in rate of growth within those ranges. Jars will colonize as fast at 75F as they will at 80F. I've proved this time and time again with every strain in my collection. Growth also falls off rapidly above 84, and this is why so many new folks have problems with incubators set at 86F, and jars that 'won't colonize'. The figures I give are substrate temperatures, not air temperatures. The temp inside the jar is 1 to 5 degrees higher than the surrounding air, depending on where in the colonization cycle the jar is
