My first grow

My jars have were inoculated on the first of august and its the 5th of october which is pretty much 2 weeks later. My jars are about 95% white right now just a little vermiculite visible at the corners of the jar. maybe like a half inch. I was wondering from the videos I watched I should have taken the cakes out of the jars by now but I was waiting till 100% but it doesnt seem to be making any more production over the past week. Should I go ahead an pop them out and put them in my fruiting chamber or wait another 2 weeks or so to see if it fills the jar.
By the way this is my first time.

Here is a few pics about different jars that im talking about. I'm wondering if the reason they might not be fully colonizing is because of a contaminate but I really dont see anything.

First, those are the wrong type of jars.
You want short fat Wide Mouth 1/2 Pints. Like these:

Second, you're suffocating the mycelium by leaving on the foil. Take it off. The dry verm layer is your contam barrier.
Third, you may have just screwed yourself over even more by tilting the jars sideways & disturbing the dry verm layer. Therefore, shifting the contams on the dry verm to the BRF.
Always allow for your BRF jars to be fully colonized then sit for anther 7 days to consolidate, before birthing.

quite possibly a bacteria contamination.

Ok I appreciate the knowledge about the size of my jars. I know a few people who have cultivated before and they said the taller ones allow for more growth. But I was planning to switch to the 1/2 pint ones if I ever saw a pack of them at walmart. Definitely will order some though for next time. As for Contaminates it really doesnt look like there is anything odd in there. 2 of my jars had contaminates though but it was black mold. and these don't seem to have any black in them. I am planning to correct myself.
Do you think these will still grow healthy mushrooms?

If they finish colonizing and consolidate with no contams then I would say of course they will. But man I swear I see a dark color in picture number three in two different spots, If it ain't white it aint't right! (when it comes to mycelium anyways )
