Probably not but ya never know. Putting non-pasteurized poo in a bucket with water is just asking to grow green molds. you could dig a hole, take a moistened cow patty (horse works better fyi) and mix in mushroom mycelium, even a fresh mushroom cut up could inoculate a patty.
fill the hole with these ingredients and sow a few grass seeds on top to keep humidity high.
Spore pace can be pretty slow and would more than likely contam or dry out... but ya never know unless you try!
what is shrinking?

Stick to a tek. There's plenty of outdoor grow logs on here. Or just pasteurize the poo indoors after its field aged. & spawn your colonized grain jars to the bulk substrate.
So, in short, probably not.

Welcome to the Shroomery!
Many people grow Psilocybe Cubensis on manure. Usually it's grown on horse manure, but many psychedelic mushrooms grow in the wild on all kinds of shit. Firstly,
1) What kind of mushroom do you have a print from? 2) Would you be growing from the manure indoors or outdoors?
It is extremely unlikely that you will be able to grow cubes straight from print onto manure. Usually you want spawn some other substrate before you transfer it to the manure. There are all kinds of other bacteria and spores in the manure already and if you just scrape some spores into a mashed up patty it is more likely than not that those other fungi/bacterium will dominate the substrate.
There's a lot more to it than that; be sure to check out the main page under mushroom cultivation or start by doing some searches in the forums.
Best of Luck! & Welcome!
Mack

Thanks Mack! And I was gonna try it with some cubes they grow like grass in fl cow pastures. Think I could work this and the peroxide method together to come up with something simple?

Well anything is possible, I'd like to hear a little more about how you plan on keeping the other fungi and bacteria from getting to that cow patty lol.
As for have an abundance of them in your area... definitely check out the Mushroom Hunting and Identification Forum for tips and safe practices and whatnot. I wish I lived in a climate that provided cubes for me to munch...
As for the work involved in making the jars... I've actually found growing on rye berries to be easier than the PF Tek, maybe check that out as well.

You need to search for "Invitro teks". Starts with a filter patch bag, inject spores, wait till you have mushrooms. Easy as that. There are better ways for sure, but its pretty damn functional if you ask me.
You should also check out sclerotia cultivation.
