After a month and a half, my dog's ex lesbian lover finally sees sign of fruiting. She wanted me to post a picture. It's a shame that one of the fruits fell over Would have been nice to see it grow some more.

the casing was compiled using the 60/40 verm/coco coir that RoadKill had put in the FAQ. she had crumbled up 2 1/2 pint jars (approximately 90-95% colonized) and evenly distributed them on top of the 1/2" - 3/4" casing layer. She then put the remaining pasturized casing material on top (which was approx. 1/4" to 1/2" thick). She used perlite with DH20 and H202 then put it in the same conditions that the jars where incubating in ( 90% - 100% RH w/ temps ranging from 80-88F). Once she saw that the myc. recovered nicely and had spread throughout the casing layer she moved it to another spot where it would receive indirect sunlight during the day w/ temps averaging 75-82F. The perlite did a great job keeping the RH at or near 100%. Here is a timeline from casing to first signs of fruiting:
4/17 - 2 1/2 pint jars where cased 4/23 - Put container into fruiting chamber 4/30 - First signs of pins 5/2 - First one was harvested (only b/c it fell over!)
She will be posting a very thorough grow long in the next few days.
