    #15177682 - 10/04/11 06:31 PM (13 years, 3 months ago)

Not having any luck with searches, any links or tips on ways to replace the nutrients lost in already established cakes after several flushes?

You don't.  Make new cakes, do it all over again.

You don't try to restore nutrients after several flushes. You start with new jars or cakes because the old substrate is covered in contaminates and the mycelium is old and worn out.

I've read some people dunk with coffee, but I've never tried it.
