Okay so, I premade some brf jars and had to wait for my supplies to come, This was about 4 days ago, So today is the day I sterilize my jars and I realized that there was some growth on the inside of the jars, could I still use them after I sterilize them? or should I just make a new batch?

Dude you can't be bumping your own thread within 24 hours.
I have never had this issue or heard of it, but sterilizing jars is done to kill contams before you inoculate, so I don't see why it wouldn't work? I could be wrong though so I don't know. My advice would be to be safe rather than sorry and make some more substrate, it takes a few minutes and verm/brf are cheap and in most cases water is free. Goodluck

You should never wait that long to sterilize your jars. Making the substrate jars should be done as soon as the jars are filled. Who knows what bacteria/mold spores have been sitting in there. Of course something is growing in it. You added water to a nutrient rich Grain... Brown Rice. Dump it out and start over bro

Dump them. Sterilizing does not kill ALL the bad things in the jars. We're just giving the mushis a better chance to grow on our spawn.
