Yeah it isn't like we're spilling the food out on the floor. At the end of movies, the empty stuff just stays where it was. Never really thought of it as rude, just how it was supposed to be, like leaving your dishes at the table at a restaurant.

haha, I'm one to be kinda upset with people who litter outside, but in the theaters, meh Im sort of inclined to agree with you, esp cause not only are the tickets not cheap what so ever, but the cost of the food and snacks are outrageous aswell, part of that cost I pay is to pay for the jabronies to pick up my mess when I'm done. I dont go out to a restaurant to bus my own plates, pfft.

Exactly, fucking hell, a job picking up rubbish in a movie theatre is hardly testing anyone's patience.
Get over it.
OMG, the guilt of the world rests on my weary shoulders as I left an empty popcorn container in the cinema. I'm going to go for a quick prayer for my sins.

hmm... i tend to actually stack up my dishes and put the remaining food on one plate at the top when finished eating at a restaurant. then put all the dishes at the end of the table together so it's easier to pick up. does anyone else do this?
i don't know. i guess it's weird.

but since everyone else seems to think it's the same. i was just wondering...
