Apparently Stalled out Mono Tub

Hello everyone, this is my first post but I have been lurking on the forum for a few months now researching the hell out of this beautiful hobby. With that being said, I have a concern about my bulk spawn in my mono tub. The bulk substrate consists of 70% cow poo 20% coco coir and 10% vermiculite(all pasteurized). The first few days after spawning to bulk the myc were colonizing pretty fast but 9 days in, it seems the process has stalled. I believe it is because it dried out due to my constant opening of the tub and not reintroducing moisture back into it. So what I did was spray the crap out of it in intervals for around 2 hours to see if this would remedy the problem. I went ahead and covered it in a black trash bag and am planning on checkin on it in a few days. My question is, is there anything else I should do or should my remedy suffice? Thanks guys for this wealth of information and for taking your time to read my post.

Yeah during colonization the sub needs darkness, CO2 buildup, and high humidity so try not to open or peek until 10-12 days in.

Chaka, I'm currently dealing with some stalled out tubs myself, using a new location and unfortunately we had some serious contamination problems and had to trash 3 tubs. However, my remaining tubs have all stalled, from my experience the best thing to do would be to cover it all and wait about a week. But unfortunately without any pictures you'll have to figure out the best timing for yourself.
Good luck!
