Maybe I should rephrase my problem. I dried the shrooms. They seemed dry. They were brittle. I put them in a freezer in a ziplock and squeezed the air out. I took them out and noticed they had ice crystals on the top of them. I picked off the ice and now I put them back in the freezer. Are the shrooms totally lost? Can I pull them out and try to redry them? Will they give me problems if I eat them? They were probably about 90%~95% dry. I already threw away the shrooms that had the ice crystals on them.
If you froze them before they were totally dry, then they will still be good but DO NOT try to dry them more. Just eat them frozen. If you let them thaw they will turn blackish and lose potency plus taste much nastier.
If they were as dry as you indicated, I'd say that you'll be fine, just keep 'em in the freezer till zero hour.
