I want to can a bunch of salsa

I have pretty much everything including a PC and jars, so what is the process for hot cooked salsa? I know how to do pico but never tried to jar up sauce and give it a water bath and all that.

I'm interested in this as well. I couldn't imagine cooking it too long. Just sterilizing 10-15 minutes so you can store it.

Hahaha canning salsa is very inappropriate. When you are canning stuff it's important to follow an established recipe for your own personal safety so you don't get food poisoning or some bacteria that makes you very sick. Certain foods are more acidic and preserve better than others, and tomatoes tend to be right in the middle of the scale when it comes to acid content. So I ended up making a pork green chili with roasted peppers and made 2 types of salsa, one is salsa fresca and the other is like hotsause made with canned tomato, vinegar and peppers. Pics are a couple days late cause I got banned.
The recipe is: 2-3lb pork onion garlic 1/2 red and green pepper roasted 2 jalapenos roasted 1 can green chilies juiced orange 2 chipotles seed and chopped tomatillos 1 can ( I didn't use this time) 1 can el pato hot tomato (used this for tomatoes) 1 bay leaf few sprigs cilantro whole (fish it out with the bay leaf when finished) flour pork before frying
spice to taste: cumin salt pepper chili powder oregano
The process was: marinade pork over night coat in flour/ fry/ set aside deglaze pan with orange juice and a little water add everything else and bring to boil slow cooker for 2-3 hours on low ( or simmer low on stove)
I eyed all the spices for the whole dish but any prok green chili recipe will come out good.
