Bilderbergers to meet soon

Our shadow government will meet soon. Click here
"Bilderberg will hold its annual secret meeting at the luxurious Trianon Palace Hotel in Versailles, France May 15-18. The meeting dovetails with the Group of Seven meeting of finance ministers in Paris the day after Bilderberg concludes, on May 19 in Paris. Paris is only a 20-minute drive from Versailles.
International financiers and political leaders from Europe and North America will be conducting public business behind closed doors at the palatial resort. Banker David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger and high officials of the government and congressional leaders will participate, all pledging absolute secrecy.
Members of the Rothschild family from Europe and Britain will attend, along with high government officials.
Jim Hoagland will attend for the Washington Post and keep his pledge of secrecy. Publisher Donald Graham normally attends although he missed last year?s session in Chantilly, Va. The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal and NBC, CBS and ABC have also been represented at Bilderberg meetings, binding themselves to a promise of secrecy.
Taxpayers will pay the travel cost for U.S. officials and lawmakers. It is against federal law for administration officials to hold secret meetings with non-officials to plan public policy. American officials will again ignore this law.
Central to the agenda will be planning post-war Iraq. France and Germany had extensive business relationships with pre-war Iraq and opposed the U.S. invasion. But what to do with Iraq?s oil will be debated.
By noon on Wednesday, May 14, the Trianon Palace Hotel will be emptied of all non-Bilderberg guests. Employees of short duration will be sent home. Employees who remain will have been sternly told they will be fired and blacklisted if they reveal anything about what transpires. They will be told not to speak to a Bilderberg participant unless spoken to and never look one in the eye.
In the early afternoon on Wednesday, armed guards will begin patrolling the grounds and barriers placed at the entrance?removed only for personnel and Bilderberg staff. Bilderberg?s private security of plainclothesmen will be in evidence. The advance staff will arrive with portfolios for each Bilderberg participant showing who is attending and listing the agenda.
Both uniformed guards and private security will be shown photographs of American Free Press reporter Jim Tucker and possibly others from Europe and Britain who have become ?regular? at Bilderberg meetings in recent years.
Reporters have been held in jail for hours for asking questions outside Bilderberg gates. In Sintra, Portugal, guards boasted of sharpshooters on high rocks who could kill trespassers at night. So far, it is not known for certain that shots have been fired. "

So, powerful men. Leaders of all these countries and corporations, get together. They pool ideas, and try to influence foreign policy in a way that they think it should go. Heh. Theres about, 100000 lobbies in the United States that do the EXACT same thing. And if you think when the Anti-Abortion lobby meets, they dont have guys with guns outside, your dead wrong.
Not everything is a fucking conspiracy.

Maybe you should check out who are members of the Bildeberg group. I think you might find they are a little more influential than the anti-abortion lobby!

Trust me, I've read every Tri-Lateral Commision, Bilderberg Group, or Group of Eight conspiracy theory there is out there. So what? A group of boys who get together to make themselves feel powerful. I mean, if they were really intent on "World Domination" would they really do silly little shit like "Tell waiters that they arent allowed to look members in the eye?"
C'mon....If anyones taking over the world its America...And NOT under our "Shadow Government".

No disagreement on that fact. I think Colin Powell is stand up guy, but Bush and his War Department have cut off his fucking balls.
But I mean to say that the people who are deciding our Foreign Policy are easy to find, on any government role. And they are doing quite a bad enough job, without needing to defer to some other group of goons.

But the point is, that other group of goons put those easy to find foreign policy makers in their current position. Its a corrupt system, all the way up and all the way down...
Those goons don't want to be easy to spot, they put slaves in place so they do not get media attention, media attention that would adversly effect their public persona; not effect their income streams.

But where is this malign, malevolent foreign policy? I mean, if "they" really had control of the government, why arent they pushing a much more extremist agenda?
I mean, for all the talk of Bush being extreme, I think he could be about 10X more so. And they DO allow a few reporters into the Bilderberg meeting every year, they just arent allowed to report what they see. But I doubt they'd keep silent if it was some horrific scheme...

Because it's not enough to disagree with him, and say his policy is unsound. You have to HATE him because he is EVIL.
Hyperbole runs amok.
People who claim he is a nazi tyrant are still free to walk the streets proclaiming such, loudly. They must have been immunized against irony.

I'd like to think that we wouldn't tolerate that?

I think he is basing his opinion more on the good cop role Colin plays to the Rumsfeld bad cop! He should have been nominated for best supporting actor in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Colin Powell was, at the time of the My Lai Massacre, which I agree, was a terrible thing, The "Custodian of Operational Journals for the Americal Division". He was not WITH the division at the time, therefore, how could he be expected to write a journal on it?
Furthermore, he cooperated completely with the Inspector General in making a journal entry for that day, at a later date. Sure, maybe he played a little part in Iran-Contra, but hey, who didnt.
And yes, in regards to your second statement, I think if you look at him in the context of the current White House administration, he looks even better. I think you have to admit that he's probably the most moderate voice in the White House, and with Bush's conservative gang, any moderation is good.
