Which 3 Polypores are these?

Hi! I'm looking for ID opinions from anyone who really knows their polypores.
I have three. One of them, I saw in the wild. The other, I saw on the hood of a car after someone picked it in the wild; the last, I was sent a photo by a friend.
The first, which I saw in the wild, is growing out behind my house on some decaying wood beside a pond. I'm 99% sure it's Ganoderma applanatum, but wanted to confirm this. Here are the pics:

The next one is a bit weirder. Look at the spike-like gills on the bottom, and the bruising. This one I photographed but didn't see in the wild:

And finally, this is the one I'd really like to know about, because someone's asking me for advice. I guess being a polypore it isn't going to be poisonous but I'd like to be able to tell him what it is, and if it has any medicinal properties. Here are the photos he sent me. Could it be the same as the one above? It looks pretty similar. He was asking me if it was Turkey tail but I'm pretty sure it isn't...

Can anyone ID all three?
THANKS!!!

The first two I'm not sure of, but the rest look like Phaeolus schweintzii (sp?)

Interesting... I'm going to go back and take a closer look to make sure it isn't fomitopsis (pinicola?). But I'm pretty sure there's no red belt unless it's all covered in spore.

Interesting! The Dyer's polypore? That was my theory about the middle mushroom, so maybe the last two are the same, even though they look a bit different. Could be the lighting!

It is G. applanatum, Fomitopsis wouldn't leave brown spores everywhere.
The others are probably P. schweinitzii, though it would be helpful to see the underside of the third one.

Thanks Alan. You rock. Pun intended!
