Most of them keep a pretty tight lid on what they use as far as combinations and time frames are concerned. As well as diets and pre-contest cut and dry methods, but dude just imagine the amount of shit it would take to simply allow your body to support that amount of muscle. From what I hear its quit a lot.

lol. No homo here but yeah he looks great... I don't think that look is for me though... I like that he was an athlete before body building... I'd like to see a 6ft + body builder though. And I'd like to see a bodybuilder 5k run... lol

Most don't compete every year to let their bodies drop what they use. Most are at over 1g of test a week. They can't run, and the reason for tears is getting too strong too fast. He's in great shape, best I've seen! He's got great taper too, none of that bulky block gut shit.

He does have a good figure, more appealing than most of the super vascular body builders I see.
That said, i find that kind of size/muscularity extremely unappealing.

Started taking ZMA a couple of days ago. It is supposed to help with muscle repair via putting you into a very deep sleep to help recovery. It is working very well as far as I can tell, I don't think its mental either because Im honestly not as sore as usual, even with increased load. But what I really wanted to say is - this stuff gives CRAZY dreams.

I've been seeing great results recently... However today I was on 50 mg vyvanse and took some jack3d and tried to work out. The vyvanse cut off way too much bloodflow to my muscles. I got fatigued so quickly.

ZMA rocks, I've done the Cyclin-GF by MHP or Gaspari, and loved it. I like anything that puts me into a restful sleep, which reminds me 1800mg of gabapentin as a post workout is yummy
For this SS, these reps are hard as fuck and they're low weights, I'm digging it.
