contam cobweb mold
    #1508241 - 04/30/03 03:44 PM (20 years, 9 months ago)

It looks like my donkey's Jackass has some cobweb mold in one of his 2 liter bottle terreriums. If he lowers the humidity, it it possible to save the cake? Or is there any other way? He would love any help.

Cut it out w/ a steril knife, spray it with peroxide and see what happens.

Also, keep it away from other cakes.

The Jackass read somewhere that UV light kills contams, do you think that shineing a black light on cakes occasionally would help to keep them away? Also, will this cobweb mold actually make the stuff poisonous, or will it just rot the cake? The jacass cut ass much off as he could with a knife and he hoes it will be alright.
