32 lbs. of popcorn....
    #1508197 - 04/30/03 05:28 PM (13 years, 7 months ago)

fits in 24 quart jars (my current project)....I am going to be doing straw casings I believe. The bins I will be putting them in are 13.33 x 9.96 x 5.18 inches. How much should I put per bin? I am thinking 1 quart jar per bin....they will be creepers and F+'s. What'd ya guys think?

One quart jar would be sufficient to spawn that size container. The more the merrier. I would recomend 2 quart jars, assuming the jars are only 1/2 to 2/3 full. I recomend people use 1 qt. per sq. ft of surface area for most bulk substrates. That's 1 qt. of spawn, not 1 qt. jar, half full.

The more spawn used the faster colonization, and the higher yield potential due to more food being available to the shrooms.

PM me with any cultivation questions.

I just looked at my profile and realized I had a website at one point in time on geocities, it's not there anymore and I have no idea what I had on it. Anybody remember my website from several years aga? PM if so please.
