mushies on bottom of casing

AFOF make a casing and didnt cover then sides of the container when pinning so now AFOF has 4 pins under the casing , 3 are near the bottom side and 1 is totally one the bottom, AFOF is watching them to see if they abort, if they dont will they grow up outta the casing if not how should they be removed so no contams form from them

the total casing is around 1.75 inches thick
