new cover art (edit) + individual work

the new cover =) (edit: they wanted last minute changes to make the Disney Gestapo happy ) and I?ve been working on this, based off of the movie, in my free time ... I just finished the airbrushing on the left, so now I?m just going to ?build out? the ocean in the bottom and then fix up the rest ... so this is almost essentially the final image ...

if anybody for any reason wants the turtle pic in a higher res for a background, I can do that because I made it at 300 dpi, but I can't give out the shark image because that is heavily copyrighted, so I can only display it until the magazine comes out ...
just an FYI

I don't have a clue as to what this is, but it's great, as usual! You even got the multiple rows of shark teeth

this is work for my company I work for ... I only did detail work on that picture, the original image was done by Pixar ...
the second image was just something i did based off of the movie, completely different than my usual style ... it was originally going to be the cover but they liked the shark more since this is a business application ...

All content & detail work on the background image itself, touching up w/ airbrushing and such to make it more 'fun' ...

Not to be fascious but who would pay $25.00 for a magazoine. A journal yes but a magazine. Cineflex is cheaper than that and covers two movies S FX every month.
Just curious as to why someone would price that $25.00.

WestWorld Productions ... the address is 420 N. Camden
And mj, since this magazine is specific only to businesses (it isn't read for enjoyment, hehe) nobody pays for it -- we make our money selling advertising space, all the subscriptions are free
Back issues are 10 dollars, however ...

Yeah, i wouldnt pay 25 bucks unless there were some boobies or something along those lines in it. And even then, i might not bother, hehe...
Nice work though. The water effects are very pleasing to the eye.

just resize this down, my dimensions for the pic weren?t set for 1024x768 since I work in 1280x1024 ... (this one is updated, too, though mildly ...)
