also, maybe try doing a few jars, to get the hang of it....just doing one doesn;t seem to leave alot of options open. do a few, as practice....all my jars look different, so i end up learning something from each one....also, you have a better chance of getting a yield that way

what method are you doing? how are you sterilizing?
