hmmm...of course, I am no expert,I've only just begun myself, but I cam suggest that you just buy distilled water, for onme thing....you can get it very cheap almost anywhere.....

also, maybe try doing a few jars, to get the hang of it....just doing one doesn;t seem to leave alot of options open. do a few, as practice....all my jars look different, so i end up learning something from each one....also, you have a better chance of getting a yield that way :smile:

what method are you doing? how are you sterilizing?

Use boiled tap water but make sure its cooled before adding spores. Only use about 1or 2 cc's of spore water per jar. Do several jars at once. If you still fail, more syringes are easy to obtain.

this isn't exactly rocket science! you are following a guide aren't you?? if not look at the MMGG or the PFtek. Measure out the amount of water you use, 60-70 mLs usually works well for me.
