Circulation fan i FC?

What's the pros/cons with having a computer fan circulating the air in fruit chamber? The fan would just sit in a corner without a hole in the FC, ergo, it wouldn't bring in any fresh air, just circulate the air in the chamber.
In my head at least, one would have a more identical air stats thorough out the FC and perhaps carbon dioxide rich pockets would be lifted.
My chamber has aquarium pumps for FAE, and a couple holes in the bottom with cotton for CO2 out. The lid is semi sealed.

My thinking is that if you're going to have a fan, you may as well have a positive pressure FC. I think I saw somewhere RR say that ideally Fresh air is brought in 5-6 times an hour. I'd want to check that number first tho.
air circulation would possibly help keep mold at bay, and make it so your mushrooms don't have "fuzzy feet"

Using a fan in a terrarium will dry out the substrates, even at 99% humidity. In addition, a fish pump and holes in the bottom are not going to give sufficient fresh air exchange for maximum performance. RR

+400 liters per hour in 60 l FC isn't enough? It's about 6-7 air exchanges per hour.
The fan is a 12 v computer fan.

These are the requirements for a PMP, which would probably be an improvement to your design.
10 Gallon: 1297-1945 ccm/min | 78-117 L/hr 20 Gallon: 2593-3890 ccm/min | 156-233 L/hr 30 Gallon: 3890-5835 ccm/min | 234-350 L/hr 40 Gallon: 5188-7780 ccm/min | 312-468 L/hr 50 Gallon: 6485-9725 ccm/min | 390-585 L/hr
The air pump is left on 24/7. And I doubt it will perform as well as a SGFC or having a couple holes filled with polyfill.

My FC is about 17 gallons. I have a 100 liters per hour pump going 24/7 and a 300 l/h going 15 min every hour. This should be sufficient according to your chart. What´s the downside of having more FAE than the recommendations in the chart?
Do you mean SGFC is better than going with pumps? Should I take out the polyfill?

what are you using to provide humidity in your FC?
using a fan will drastically lower your RH. if your gunna use a fan you have to put it on a timer at very short intervals (it's a pain in the ass getting the timer set up right).

I have done this. I have a fan, It has a carbon filter.. Its a "scrubber" for removing c02 from the air. I added a merv 16 filter to it and had a + pressure FC I had little success with it and threw it out..

I have a sealed water filled container with air stones. With just this and a 1-2 inch DRY layer of perlite (so puddles don't form in the bottom of the FC), I get 92% RH. By hydrating the perlite I can rais the humidity and by bypassing one of the pumps I can lower it.
The fan is inside the FC, and there is six polyfill holes in the bottom. How can this lower the humidity? It should just move the moist air and circulate it in the FC, not lower the humidity. Perhaps the casings could dry out faster though.. Short bursts say 15 min per hour is perhaps good.
