Hi i am new to this but have been doing alot of reading up, and reserching. i found this kit and its pretty cheap i was woundering if it would work and what the "pro's" thought of it.

In my opinion, its shit. THe reason being that I don't see a real reason why anyone would buy a grow kit when they could make jars themselves: its easy, its cheaper, its more hassle free (mailing and etc with orders), more productive, and you acually learn sometihng valuable. You should definetly start from scratch and tackle the project yourself instead of ordering stuff online.

You can get all the materials you need to grow without a kit for about $15. Fuck a kit. You will also learn more if you succeed (or fail) on your own.

You dont even need a grow book when you got da shroomery.
Growing your own mushrooms by yourself and tripping on them, thats just awsome.

Best bet is to spend the bucks on a decent PC, then go from there. All the info you need is..................... RIGHT HERE

88mustang i agree w/ everyone do it yourself cause that way youl know how to grow them without the kit...its alot cheaper and the supplies your gunna need will cost as much as a kit so might as well get um and spend a couple bucks every once and a while to grow masses of shrooms...iIME

Do you understand what B/E is?
Lets say a kit has 3 pounds of substrate, moist. 100% B/E (if you are lucky) would give you a return of around 25% of that weight in fresh shrooms, then dry them down to 1/10th of that.
You do the math.
