Do you leave the foil or tape over the holes of the jars while they are incubating? Don't the mycellium need oxygen to grow? Any thoughts?

I've got proffesional grade masking tape over the holes right now. I have 11 jars in a rubbermaid plastic container. It's been 2 days since innoculation. No signs of growth yet. I've kept the temp. around 70-80 F. You sure they are getting enough oxygen?

They have plenty for now. As the jars colonize you'll want to remove that tape to keep things going.
