caseing question---need many opinions :)
    #1497505 - 04/27/03 08:47 AM (20 years, 10 months ago)

i have a freind who will be caseing soon, we have determined to do the straw/worm casting tek.....
I guess the question is a general question about how your freinds case and still keep the humidity up. i was looking at the bulk neglect report and from that it looks like you don't even need a terrarium, you just need to mist them every so often (which makes sence to me via nature)
what does everyone else think??? how do your freinds case, is it just a caseing layer or do you have the caseing in a terrarium??

thanks for the feedback,
mike

P.S. this is going to be a semi-bulk op.

I don't know about others, but I did the straw/casting thing using opaque, new kitty litter pans to hold the substrate, cased with verm/peat/oyster shell, and placed these in a large Sterilite container. Misted them once a day (as necessary for my grow room), fanned them, and had great results...each casing gave two BIG flushes of six to eight inch fruits...

I apoplogize ...but this gets misspelled way too often.

It's casing, not caseing. (And friends)

no offense to you, but....

posting spelling corrections is the
epitome of lame and pointless.

If you can understand me, then you can understand me. End of story.

Here's the  Bulk Neglect Report from the FAQs.  It has your answers.  No, you don't need a terrarium.

...Saying "no offense" and then telling someone their post was the "epitome of lame and pointless" really IS pointless.  If people spell correctly, it makes communication much easier.  I know you've read posts here that are so bad you go, WTF????

No offense, but I think you're an ass.         ...See?

Lol! I bet fucking one of those store bought whole chickens would actually feel good. You know, like where their guts used to be. I'd have to go ask OTD though to find out for sure.

Chicken fucking aside...

My friend always puts his smaller casings into a Sterlite tub. He lives in an arid climate and the smaller casings dry quickly, diminishing his yields.

You and Mike need to chill.

No need to act like this in here.

Go eat some shrooms!
