Variable Russula edibility? and a handful of cinnabar chantarelles and black trumpets

I found a bunch of Russula variata and some other Russula's which I think are either (Rusulla crustosa or russula aeruginea). I never picked any of this genus for consumption because the bugs usually find them first. All the Russula I came across today were in excellent condition so I brought them home to give them a taste.
Please take a look at my pictures to confirm or correctly ID the russulas. And if anyone has eaten Russula's...how do you like to cook them? Thank you!
Russula crustosa or aeruginea??

Russula variata

Nice chanterelles. How are the cinnibarinus in comparison to cibarius?

They're good, but they are a lot smaller than the cibarius. And bigger is better. I usually add them to to a curry with tofu/chicken and other mushrooms. They give a nice color and the bigger pieces keep their texture through the cooking process.

Yeah, I think the first one is virescens also. There was just another thread that was ID'd as such. And if I'm not mistaken aeruginea's cap has a uniform green color.
