Popcorn Contamination?

I am using popped popcorn as a substrate and a few weeks into the growth the popcorn started to mold (disregarding the mycelium) the popcorn started to turn greenish dark but does not spread throughout the jar just on the corn. Should I throw out this months batch?

This is my first attempt with popcorn*

I am pretty positive this is contamination but I would just like the opinion of somebody else.
