So you didn?t find morels this time?

This is a very interesting & pretty one. It?s not basidiomycete or ascomycete like most mushrooms shown here. It?s a    myxomycete  (slime mold) - Lycogala epidendrum
And that white/greenish polypore on the right could be Trametes hirsitua.

Hey Paid, when you start seeing some actives can you give me a PM or something?
I've been searching for the Pan Campanulatus which according to my guide (:D) grows from April to December in long grass, pastures and meadows with rich, well-manured soil. However, having no luck yet :frown:
Seen all those above Paid, execept that brown one.
Anyway, keep me informed (if you don't mind)
Thanks,
Nirvana

Hey I may be wrong but i don't think Pan Campanulatus is active, some books do say that it is but in real terms I don't think you can get a buzz off it, the rumour that you could probably started with it being picked with other active pan. species by mistake. Some one correct me if i'm wrong however...

Found this strange dryed up, elephant footed shroom today, it was alone
(so i didnt pick it for spore printing)under a plum tree on acidic soil, growing from loam.
I cant tell you much more, but im guessing not many shrooms have suck a large base.Any idears?sorry for the lack of info.

These are all the same, and from a large clump, so i'm printing some now.
Very fleshy stems, leathery cap surface a little shinny, starting out with bell shaped caps and later turning outwards.Grainy stem pattern(upright lines like wood grain)Gills ,every other one goes completely across from lip to stem, every other gill goes halfway across from rim to middle, not reaching the stem.
Any idears would be cool, will add the print tomorrow.

Wow, that mushroom with the large base is creepy looking. Looks like hes got some elephantitus or something

The 4 pictures below it resemble a Cortinarius.
