    #14971585 - 08/24/11 05:39 PM (9 years, 8 months ago)

So I was off on a longboard journey to go smoke a bowl in one of my fav chillin spots, I sit down and there is two little puff ball lookin mushrooms, I was like "Sweet *puff puff*" Then I gaze across the path like 3 feet in front of my face and find these....

I know they are probably not, but it would be dope if they were blue-foots

Habitat:
in the ground, around some evergreen trees...pine forest. pine needles everywhere.

Gills:
some white, some brown.

Stem:
1-9"

Cap:
brown/white, broken, turned upward.

Spore print color:
specimens with white gills -> Yellow
specimens with brown gills -> unknown (fruits were old)

Bruising:
none apparent, maybe darker/golden?

Other information:
see pictures

Inocybe sp. I'd only eat them if I wanted to get really sick  :puke:  I lived in S.On. most my life and unfortunately never found any actives. Tons of tasty edibles though

A spore print would be very helpful but I would lean toward Agaricus.  Check the print.

there was 2 species I think, the one spore print was yellow, the others were too large/mature to grab a decent print off.
