hell no!! I'm not even white lmao....well kinda, technically....no I'm 248#, that a mr punyverse. Bodybuilding.com has their Mr. Punyverse contest and it's for the weakest build lol it's pretty cool though.
On the NO2 subject, all nitric oxide does (in terms of oxygen transport) is opens up the vessels. It's a vasodilator much like the nitroglycerin tabs they give people with mangina (angina pectoralis) only less intense and longer lasting. So it does help your muscles get more oxygen, but only from it moving through bigger vasculature. Red blood cells have 4 heme groups which oxygen binds to, and only so much oxygen can bind, if you really wanna get endurance through the roof, you'd need to supplement with EPO or test, which increases your blood cell production, or use an O2 tank (which I've considered).
I do like the carb overload with the protein though. I really need to eat healthier (and it feels like more too). If one can get past the weird ass taste, this Carnivore stuff has been helpin somewhat with strength to my lifts (or it's just me being amazing) it's a beef protein isolate.

Just finished back day
I hit 5 plates and a 25 each side of seated row machine
threw a few different movements in today as well and got to feel parts of my back that dont usually get hit
I've already eaten so much food today but i feel empty as fuck so its time to grub... Yet again

thankyou for the correction. i knew it had something to do with oxygen in the blood/to the muscles.. i just didnt research it, iwas just trying to give the guy a brief rundown as he was asking me what i was taking.
an 02 tank you say? sounds good... in terms of eating, i am a believer in eating AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. I am eating all fucking day, and a lot of food. like 2 meals of steak and veg a day, 2 meals of sushi a day and all the crap in between. i eat like afucking horse it is absurd, and when im on leave it gets expensive because i have a tendency to just eat out
just fucking eat eat eat, it is really helping.

My big deal is eating clean. I can eat like a fucking behemoth but when it's greasy Mexican (that's oh so good) it doesn't help shit. It's weird though, since instated taking this T3 and oxyguno I've been content eating otter pops lol had some beef earlier and a quesadilla on high fiber tortilla just made a pb and honey sandwich and I'm gonna get sushi. Breakfast was 3 fresh eggs and a high fiber tortilla with some cheese. I need to boil chicken boobs and pasta and package it up for the week.

Boiled chicken boob? I'm just curious why you boil them. I am a food snob with gourmet taste and i don't think I can do boiled chicken breast. I like to grill 'em. Recently I have been doing a lot of sauteing(sp?) chicken, turkey, sweet potatoes, brown rice, eggs, almonds, spinach... kind of a hash thing. Sometimes it tastes great sometimes only tastes okay... Lots of flavor experiments. I cooking!

Quick and easy lol. I'd normally grill or bake, but I've been way lazy around the house. The rubbery texture they take on sucks but oh well.

Here's my update for today's entry. That fucking T3 makes me tired as hell for some reason if I consume too much sugar after.

i just got back from a session
I switched from my EXTREME MASS protein back to WPI/Maltodextrin... I think the mass shit was giving me acne
Today was shoulders
did:
Military press with chins between each set (alternating overhand, underhand, narrow, wide grip etc)
Shrugs/weighted dips DB press/lat pulldown Pendlay row/BB curl upright row/kroc rows
then hill powerwalking for like 5 mins (did a sprint at the start and fucked myself)
fuccccckkkkkk yeeeeaaahhhhh
i am not eating any egg, i need to get back on that shit... i just don't cook, and eat out, so it's always restaraunt steaks and sushi. i finally bought some oats last night so i will be on that shit tomorrow morning, or now if i can be fucked, got some sashimi in the fridge to munch in a few
im hungry already

I wish, those are lbs for now, soon enough I'll convert to kg
These first three days are gonna be me pushing harder than normal. I've not done 1RM so I'm not sure exactly what they'd be, and I've noticed they can vary as much as 20# depending on diet the previous day. I updated the first post. I'm really needing to rest between sets, before I set my timer I was resting maybe 30 seconds.
I'm 6'3" starting weight 248, weight today 247.

Yeah but I was curtious all these years and held a bit of padding over my razor cut abs so people would hurt themselves punching them, sometimes I lie to make me feel better , but I'm working at getting down to 15% at most! Once I do that, I'm focusing all my energy on diet and maintenance. My ultimate goal is 225-245 and 10-15%, just enough I could get my abs to show during summer.

That's my goal, I was always a husky kid and though I don't look 240+ lbs, I wear the weight well, I have never seen abs, even when I somehow dropped to 195 for a brief 2 months due to running like crazy. Lightest I've been in the past 9 years was 215, and from 12- now was 195, but I used to maintain at 210. I fucking hate more than anything my pec fat. I store a large amount right at my boobs, so no matter how ripped I've been I've always had boob fat. My goal is to get rid of it. I almost think it could be some form of gyno from when I was a younger fat kid that has just stuck, I'm hoping this arimidex helps when I start taking it. Realistically I'd rather squat 500#+ then have a 6-pack but I fantasize of looking like Mariusz

wow that dude looks remarkably like me
lol jks but i hear you on the fat, my abdomen fat has been so stubborn, i lost nearly all of it a couple of years ago when i was living on a diet of ketamine and raw fish, and walking everywhere
i too havea bit of boob fat, but im glad to see it's being absorbed/burnt off and converted to muscle now, so my man boobs for the most part look like normal pecs now. with chest pump, i need a bra though.
have you heard of this thermogenics shit? a mate of mine was on it for a while but i never followed him up on how he went with it
