anadenanthera prep for smoking?

I know how to make yopo for snuff, but what is the best way to prepare anadenanthera for smoking, and does it give as much effect per gram as insuflation?

hi, good questions BH!
i'd say it's effects are quite similar to snuff taking... perhaps a little shorter.
just put some unpeeled roasted seeds in your bowl with a good tasting herb or do an extract (alcohol, isopropyl).

You don't have to rotate the isomer, or turn up the base or anything?

basically. smoke the cooked shit, make it pop like a popcorn! i find the oven best because it makes the seeds evenly roasted...
the peel contains mostly color pigment, which is not really bad, but not desired!

I dont wanna steal BH post but.. When making the snuff what do you snort it with?? Alot of places say birdbones( i aint goin bird hunting) or gettin da buddy to blow a bunch in ur nose.. I dont htink thats gonna happen either..
Iv never done coke or anything like that.. infact i said id never snort anything.. But if anciant tribes have been doing it for hundreds of year ill trust it.

BH: i don't really know a temp value, just pre heat and set in the low/mid low setting and watch... you can heat up a bit if things are taking too long just be careful not to overheat them... as you find they've all popped ok (or most of them) you can pull the whole tray out and see how they are by crushing some of them, they should easily turn into a very fine powder;

i also find snorting things pretty unconfortable and unfortunately it does requires a little experience. my ex-coke head buddy inhales it very easily while i usually have a hard time with it (pain). you don't need a buddy to blow you, use a straw or whatever works for you (as long as it's not a money bill for christ's sake)...
i find very important to clean the nostrilis beforehand and to massage it after insuflation (from inside and/or outside). take the more you can deal with without sneezing, in each nostrilis. lay down in the dark. after at least half an hour you should sneeze, clean up your sinuses and insulflate again. it is likely that after the second application you'll feel very sleepy...

anadenanthera is a large tree, so growing your own for the seeds is going to be along process! Your not likely to get seeds for a very long time and your going to need alot of space.
