this is my first time Using the PF TEK i never tried any other method befoe so im a newby cultivator ,so i got a question , i followed the directions pretty well i think although i have come into a little trouble , when i was sterilizing the1/2 pint substrate jars i used tin foil to cover the holes without using any tape , and im sure some water got into the jar, anyway i still incubated the 5 jars with 10cc amazon , then i put them in a translucent 10 gallon rubbermade container, than i put that container into another 10 gallon bucket filled half way with water with a fish tank heater on the bottom and set the tempeture to 82 degrees and coverd the jars with a blanket its now been 6 days and still no mycelia is there anything wrong here ? did i screw up in the sterilization process?

im sure some water got into the jar
It sounds as though you answered your own question. They jars may still germinate. My friend would give them 10 days.
There is a learning curve to cultivation. Stick with it and you'll succeed. Good luck.

if you can see that water got into the jars the area's where the water is located wont colonize properly...

Just make sure the jars are at room temp when you inoc. This is pretty important becasue if it is above 104 it can kill them.
