You look like this indica? I'm not sure how the compression works against the buildup, but I'll look it up. It may be similar to a diabetics compression socks though, that they wear when their vessels go to shit. I'll let ya know what I find

Damn, I'd totay wear the spandex/leg warmer combo. I think my best costume ever I was dressed as Blaine Edwards haha it was sick! Here's a link on how compression socks work. I should look into that, cuz when I do serious leg workouts my blood pressure dumps and I pass out lol.

im gonna fuck my legs up today. squatz day, and i'm gonna give this sled a go
can't fuckin wait, loaded up and READY TO FUCK SHIT UP
I've finally found a good balance between snorting shitloads of K and gym, if I can hold up on snorting k until at least after my workout, i don't sufer too badly. i can still train at 100% with a k hangover, i'd be interested to see what the actual effects of it would be, seeing as it is a cns depressant?

K so legs this am:
Squats: 8x135; 8x205; 8x255; 4x305 Deadlift: 10x135; 10x205; 8x225; 8x225 Front squat (btw FUCK front squats): 12x135; 10x135; 15x45 (and tears) Walking lunge: 12 each leg x 20# each hand
Did it all in less than 40 minutes, cuz I got up late and had to shower before work. Super fast reps with great form and probably no where near enough of a wait. My legs have never hurt this bad after a workout, I am gonna soak in a bath when I get home.

Yeah I hate front squats, I don't think I have enough meat on my front delts for them not to hurt too much, I will give them a go later, i just tried hack squats today for the first time, only did a couple of light test reps of 60kg, was pretty impressed, not as bad as i thought they'd be.
Legs today was FUCKING AWESOME, I have never enjoyed legs workouts like today, i feel like i'm about to collapse, walking down a hill today on the way back from gym i was about to collapse i had no resistance in my legs to control how fast i was walking down the hill hahaha
leg press was annihalated, squats were epic, everything was epic, finished off with 10 mins of heavy intense shit on the exerceise bike... with a massive sprint on highest resistance in the last 30 seconds.
loving it, i got upper body pump just from doing legs today!
derp
PDU: I haven't come across a problem with K yet, if I have a big sesh the night before, the hangover is usually gone within an hour of waking up if i fight the urge to do a line in the morning. it's not too bad, i'm about to pick up some diazepam...

Yeah, it's pounds for now, gimme 6-8 months and I'll make sure they're kilos, just lower reps lol. I've got some oxyguno, tren (19, norandro), and androstein (I believe), all prohormones I'm gonna cycle over winter. I've had great results using the 19, norandro in the past. Only issue with those is they're so much harder on the liver and kidneys than regular jús, but I'll sign off on drinking booze and hit a gallon of water a day with some milk thistle. I could (and should) do it natural, but I miss that elated feeling the extra test gives you
Do any of you use lifting straps for lifts like dead and shrugs? I used to, and might again cuz my grip strength is shot and is preventing me from lifting heavier. What're your views?

I never go straps unless I'm doing really really heavy dumbbell rows (kroc rows). If I use straps, my grip suffers so much. I used to have the problem where I would drop weights because I couldn't hold on to them. Haven't had that bite me in the ass in years though.
Just keep working that grip. It'll come up to speed!!

I know I can get it where it should be, but my lifts suffer huge because of it. The underhand/overhand throws me off cuz one gets tired before the other, then when I switch I've still only got 1-3 reps. With straps I would be able to do 300+# DL in the 3-5 rep range, and without them only 1-2. I'd be supplementing with them of course, not a constant use of them.

invest in a good pair of lifting gloves, im using these atm

good grip and wrist support, my older pair had a thinner Velcro and not much wrist support but a nice grip, these pair have a good all round grip, the material has some longevity to it and its quality wrist support, cheap too

ya, I have never used straps, never will. With poetic too, chalk or alternate grip. According to wendler, kroc rows help heaps with grip. i cant vouch as i only just started doing croc rows.
i wear gloves, supposedly you should be completely raw but i just got that used to them, gloves are fine. w/e.
i use overhand grip for deadlifts until my last warm up set and all my working sets are done alternate.
it is a lifesaver. i tried 180kg with normal grip and was like bar fell straight out from my hands lololol

Sweet, I'll keep the straps away until I shoot for 1RM stuff, and probably get a good pair of gloves. I cannot wait to get my lifts back up to the 120+ kilo range again (for 6+ reps). Fucking hunting season opens in a month, this is gonna be a great year too, better work on my juggling skills.

I ditched gloves about 10 years ago when I got big into powerlifting. I couldn't hold anything over 400lbs in my hands with them on. It's a change that takes time and your hands get horribly destroyed during the process. The outcome is a nice thick layer of calluses that the gf will not be so appreciative of.
Chalk does wonders and the alternate grip. Just make sure you start intentionally training your grip strength. You can do weight holds. Pick up heavy dumbbells and hold them for time. Pinch plates together and hold for time. I trained mine pretty hard for a while. Even went as far as getting the captains of crush grippers. I feel bad for people that shake my hand.

Any comments or links about doing front squats?
I find this movement very difficult and painful on both my chest/shoulders and on my wrists. :S
Its not something i've studied in depth though.
