i did used to tell that same cop when someone was getting bullied in school (something that i cannot stand or appreciate for the life of me)and he would tell me "i cant do anything about it, its up to the schools to do something not me"
and back to the smoking part/drinking its allowed in this state park. but as for the drinking your just not allowed to have a bottle in view. so you can poor it in a glass and ill be fine just not the bottle.
I personally think that smoking in public is less dangerous to the public then drinking even two beers. i have never once head a fight breaking out because someone a "a little bit too much"

that's beside the point though. smoking at the park is against the law, so when you do that you're inviting an opportunity for someone who enforces the law to mess with you. like i said, people smoking around me doesn't offend me, but going out of your way to get into legal trouble over it is stupid imo.

Your spelling is horrendous.

It takes a stupid person to spell badly. It takes an even stupider person to make a fuss about bad spelling.

I beg to differ.
