Sorry if i can't help you on this one, never tried such procedure.
You can try doing it by yourself, the idea sounds good, although i don't know if the mycelium will get damaged from the chemical compounds. Try to note the exact amount you'll use on each item. Remember that science works when you're able to measure things.

I have never seen bacterial contamination during casing. (Just because I haven't seen it, doesn't mean a lot!) Almost all casing contamination problems that I have seen are from fungi, against which antibiotics will do nothing. If you do have bacterial problems with your casing, then you probably have too much water, stagnent air, or you transfered in contaminated spawn.
