This I think refers to the race of Ecuadorian cubensis.
I don't know why it always get's the EQ abbreviation and not EC as it is spelled but I guess it just stuck at some point.
I have even got halfway through labeling some jars and noticed that half where EC and half EQ haha 
Stupid brain.

Thought ppt was more often parts per thousand. Also LME could be confused with liquid malt extract, but then again dry malt extract: dark malt extract.
