You totally can. I really do feel bad, and hope to get a print to pamper its babies.
By then I'm sure I'll be prepared to give it cushy living by many additional lessons learned the hard way

How's everybody doing today?
Figured I'd share the daily update. I'm noticing how hearty the fruits look this flush, and credit it to a combination of slightly better FC technique, along with the renewed vigor of a much-needed dunk for the well-established, fully colonized cakes.
You can tell this R44 will be a big fatty just by its shadow Second flush Perus lookin niiiice The Chile trays are popping, but so far just fast, lanky runners Malabar is joining the tray action, but taking its time to bulk the bigguns Operation Frankenstein continues to grow the aptly named Creeper zombies
And who's that cooking up his first agar plates??

Love the pin set on the bulk and love the SNL spartan cheer leaders. Them at the chess tourney is my favorite skit.
Always leaving me envious! Knock it off and be a bad grower like the other 50% of people here.

Papa Cube has graced my setup with a favorable eye.
All I do is keep soaking up info from this site and (more importantly) from the mushies themselves. Between those resources, the other 50% of ya'll can do the same as me. The biggest changes I've made have been to stop cutting Tek corners, and to go with the full martha setup. Its comparatively expensive to build and fussy to tweak, but a martha ultimately provides a good combination of abundant shelf space and accurate RH/FAE control, as well as automation, once you work out the kinks.

I want to make a martha but am just dealing with what I have to use currently.
Got a SGFC plus some modified cloning chambers I don't use anymore. Those aren't mine in the pictures just a visual reference.

I totally understand. I definitely went overboard, and now I'm broke
The martha itself wasn't that bad, like $20, but adding two humidifiers is not cheap. Not too mention that I didn't expect to pay so much for the shelving, which came to another $20. I could have been more patient and surfed the garage sales, but I also didn't want to mess around with stuff that might not work for long or at all..
Whatever setup you're working with, you'll still be learning about the dance of saturation and evaporation, and those are some funky fresh steps, yo

that pinset on creepy frank is NUTSSSSSSSSSS DUDE reminds me of this ALL aborted, so i scraped every single little pin off their, and added to a bottle of 151 to make a nice party cocktail everyone can enjoy
and you have to go broke! written in stone man! not for the birds
OOH i almost forgot! those cakes are beauuuuuutiful man i cant tell which one i like more now. those perus are just picture perfect, but that r44 is the kinda boomer everyone hopes for. its going to be gorgeous and weighty, especially for a cake, but even for bulk
now that youre an agar susperstar spartan spirit masta ( )

So more specifically, should I try to get a sterile internal piece of the stipes that look best, and put those on agar to start isolations, etc?

I'm freshly single after the dissolution of a 10 year relationship
I was going to ask why the long vacation, but this is what I suspected. Love requires much sacrifice. Enjoy being free until you get ensnared in another long-term relationship, friend! I'm recently single out of a 3-year relationship, so I'm trying to embrace all that I wasn't able to before until I inevitably trap myself in another long-term relationship. What can I say? I get lonely, plus gets old.

Trap yourself? You must not of found your soul mate lol. Me and my wife do everything together and we enjoy all of the same things. We even share Mycology as a hobby. I never get tired of her. So far we are 5 years strong. Wish you luck bro
Sorry

I make sure all of my girlfriends are okay with psychedelics early on.
I couldn't fathom what a 10 year break would be like. -shudders- I'd rather go without pussy, beating it may get old but not being able to truly be who it is you want to be is far worse.
I'm glad to see that he's back in both games. While heartbreak may be a fucking bitch new adventures await.
Also, been meaning to ask you Mr. Toranaga. I understand what type of Japanese film you're into because you mentioned Toshiro Mifune. I am familiar with him in a few movies. Seven Samurai being the only one I am 100% sure on but there's an anime you should check out sometime. It's a 26 episode series about a few samurai from the Edo era. It's such an intriguing series with crazy far out visuals and a lot of amazing sword fights.
You should check it out, kat.ph has torrents for it if you don't want to buy it plus netflix has it for free at the moment. Could start a free trial if you felt curious enough.
Anywho, /endthreadjack let's get some more focus on all those pins and cloning tek's.

Yeah, your companions may not share your "nuts for psychs " mentality but they gotta be OK with it.
@OP:
Tremendulous pinsets. But they might bite as those take a lot of water to fully flush out.
For culturing from fruits, plan for failure and do more than you think you need. I've heard but haven't tried that a peroxide soak will help a lot for the inevitable contams that come over with the sample.
