SW Ohio season?

Hey again everybody. As you read I found some mushrooms yesterday, and it really sparked my interest to go hunting some more. We have a state park around here as well as a bunch of cow pastures. So i guess my question is, is there any active mushrooms in season here in SW Ohio? I know pastures are the best place to look, any tips on how to hunt in a pasture without getting shot? If nothing is in season now, when is a good time to begin searching? Will SW Ohio ever get any cubensis? Thanks a lot guys, for being so helpful.

You will never find cubensis in Ohio, anywhere.

Judging by the poor chances of finding actives in Ohio, looks like I'll either be taking a road trip somewhere or heading over to the beginner's cultivation board...any suggestions for this time of year?
