Is anyone aware of whether or not Cymbalta and or Seroquel would have any adverse effects when combined with a MAOI such as B. Caapi leaf?

If either is broken down by MAO, then you shouldn't take an MAOI.
Way more important though: Seroquel will completely prevent you from tripping 100%. That's an atypical antipsychotic, which can actually be used to end a trip...

I'm aware that MAOI's have horrible side effects when mixed with SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors), but I believe both of these medications are SNRIs (Selective Norepenephrine Reuptake Inhibitors). Hence the reason for the question and my seeking advice.

SNRI = serotonin–norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor
It short is has the action of inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin. Doing so in combination with an MAOI could put you at a very high risk of serotonin syndrome

Cymbalta and Seroquel?
Cymbalta is indeed an SNRI. Seroquel on the other hand is an atypical antipsychotic and has a completely different mode of action. Rather than preventing the reuptake of neurotransmitters, it act's as an antagonist and blocks certain neurotransmitters from working.

This goes for Cymbalta as well. In my experience, everyone taking Cymbalta becomes a trip-less zombie. I'd hate to think of what would happen to someone on both.
Edit2: I'd just like to point out OP that some people are indeed prescribed and S(S/N)RI and MAOI SIMULTANEOUSLY and are fine given that they stick to the recommended dosages, so I'm sure it is possible to mix the two/three if you know what you're doing. However I'd highly recommend against it as you have NO idea of how much of what is safe with what. You don't want to put anyone at risk of serotonin syndrome.
