Anyone know anything bout 3dmarks11?

On my second system I built( XFX 68701gb 8gbddr3 ram, phenom II X6 1090T processor 3.2), I am having an issue with 3d marks 11. It says my system is performing less than comparable systems. I am not quite sure what to make of this or how to improve it. Any advice would be appreciated. At least my NVIDIA system kicks ass. http://3dmark.com/3dm11/1563667;jsessionid=8ojrqrwswdjx?show_ads=true&page=%2F3dm11%2F1563667%3Fkey%3DHbEuNBBSWC8Stf5hw4qwUAwsRuqK4Q

Also, my windows experience dropped from a 7.8 to a 6.2, does this mean anything?

At what point did your score drop? 3D mark wasn't able to determine your GPU Clock speed or Memory speed and the driver isn't FM approved. Uninstall any crappy ATI software and driver you have and redownload the latest driver from the AMD's website...
I may be reading your memory specs wrong, but it says your memory is running at 667MHz? Have you been monkeying around with your BIOS?

No, not at all, my memory should be at 1333mhz.

I know nothing about AMD/Radeon except that they suck compared to Nvidia The drivers are notoriously terrible and plagued with weird issues, but.. some people seem to like them. You have 8GB of memory running at 667Mhz??? What's up with that? Have you set your memory timings, voltage and frequency manually in the BIOS according to the RAM manufacturer's specs?
Try a clean install of the drivers. Uninstall whatever ATI drivers you are using now. Download and install DriverSweeper. Reboot into Safe Mode, run Driversweeper, have it scan for and clean out any ATI/AMD files. Reboot, install latest ATI drivers. Problem still isn't fixed? Update chipset, audio, network drivers as well, something's going on there.
Also, Windows Experience Index is a piece of shit and should not be used to judge scores of anything. Then try running other benchmarks to corroborate results. I'd give Heaven Benchmark a try. Honestly, the score is a little low but it's not that bad.

Just ran heaven with everything maxed and had 23 to 50 fps. Definitely ran much better than 3d mark. And I found out whats up with the ram 3dmark splits it so it is actually 1333 if you double the data rate.

Ah I should have known that.....
What was your Heaven score? You can use that to compare it to other people with similar scores.
BTW, Heaven mainly stresses just the GPU. 3DMark streses all components including CPU, RAM etc. make sure you don't have a bunch of background programs or whatever effecting the test. OC the CPU if you want even better performance Also I definitely recommend configuring your RAM timings manually. Like I said I know shit about ATI cards, but with the newer Nvidia GPUs (400/500 series), they can be very sensitive to proper memory timings.

Outside of going with crossfire with this system, I will never buy another ati card again. While I cannot notice to much of a performance difference in games with my 560ti, the stability is worth it. This ati card randomly locks up. As for the score, I will have to run it again as I did not see it, only saw the fps.
