Can I follow the PF tek with larger jars?

Basically I'm wanting a modified PF Tek to use to grow larger quantities than the PF is intended for. Can I follow the PF Tek, but with quart jars for example? And then case and fruit as usual? Can I use jars larger than 1 quart?

You can, but I heard using millet as a substrate wilkl grealy increase you'r yeild (as you are casing) and try your patience far less than BRF.

So replace BRF with millet? Making for a vermiculite/millet substrate?

Basically, the verm isn't needed. Some teks suggest it. Get a PC and check the faqs for "wbs" teks.

No, all millet. Read one of the Faqs on it. It's different then BRF/Verm cakes.

No you shouldn't use Quart jars with BRF...IMHO
The largest you should use with BRF would be Pint jars...and they are much slower to colonize than the 1/2 pint jars.

If you want to use Quart jars switch substrates to Birdseed, Rye grain, or Popcorn.
