Should I be worried about black spots on my Bridgesii?

Should I be worried about these black spots on the top of my Bridgesii? The pup seems to be growing rather nicely.

Actually, the area that I am in is in the midst of a very severe drought. I think it has only rained like 4 times this summer. The first 2 times it rained I took all my cacti inside but I did let them get some rain in the last month.

Thanks for the input guys. I am still wondering what the black spots are and what causing them?
