Smoking herb, drinking coffee, cleaning house, and going to buy some new trousers and slacks later. . .oh and checking out the Sunday Milfs. Beach sounds nice but it's fucking hot hot hot outside.

Beginning Day 7 of quitting cigarettes. I haven't had a speck of tobacco in a week. I'm thinking of checking out some gyms in the area because it's time for phase two of transformation.

I did it back in '07 so I know it's possible. I quit smoking, cold turkey, joined a gym, and in 2 months time I went from 250lbs to 199 the right way. I've had a falling out since I wrecked my car and stopped giving a shit, but it's time to get that back. I miss the attention I got from people, the awesome sex I had, being able to go up stairs without getting winded, all of that.
I've been eating right this past week too and I already feel better. I wake up ready for the day instead of feeling like death and curling up in a ball and watching tv until it's time to go to work again.

This gets harder as you get older. Stopped smoking 3 years ago. Stopped drinking a week ago Thats being a bitch but so far so good. Next the weight.
Keep it up. We gota be heading in the right direction.

My friend from Boston is leaving town today so we're gonna smoke and jam before he leaves.
Then I'll probably spend the rest of the day working on beats and recording drum tracks. Should be a pretty easy going day.
