Fresh brewed coffee/instant coffee vs. re-brewed coffee
    #14777097 - 07/16/11 01:58 PM (9 years, 9 months ago)

I have been taking about 2 cups old coffee grounds to about 1/3 of a 21qt pot of hottest water from tap, letting it soak for a couple min, then pour off the top liquid for grain to soak in.  I add some extra water into the grain buckets to thin it out a little, and the resulting liquid looks about half strength of normal coffee.  It has been making a significant difference in growth.

My question is would I have even better success if I used fresh brewed/instant coffee at half strength instead of rebrewed?  As I imagine some of the active chemicals that are beneficial get lost after initial brewing.

Evolution is Lamarckism in disguise.  Adaptation never creates a new species or trait, but rather the new species/trait always existed within the parent DNA until circumstances allowed it to be activated.  For instance, every wolf has the DNA for poodles, but that DNA would never be revealed without man selectively breeding for it.
